As sister doctors, we have been receiving frequent chiropractic care from a younger age for previous health issues. It made us understand the value of health growing up and it is one of the main reasons of why we are so passionate about introducing Chiropractic and wellness to our patients. It is our challenge to impact the way people see health in our city and the entire world. 100% Chiropractic in Aurora, Colorado is looking for a very energetic and influencing Bilingual Chiropractic Assistant to join our rockstar team. This position is salary with a bonus structure based on monthly stats.

 
POSITION SUMMARY:
The Chiropractic Assistant (CA) is an essential part of our team. The CA spends the majority of the time with our patients. This person is empathetic and makes our patients feel comfortable over the phone and in-person. A large part of this position is gathering patients’ clinical information, completing evaluations, setting big picture goals, and showering practice members with hope. While we expect our team to keep accurate records, maintain organized files and accounts, verify insurance benefits, create care plans, schedule appointments, maintain organization and cleanliness throughout the office, and help patients with their therapies; the CA’s job will primarily be focused on creating a remarkable experience for our patients in every interaction.

This person is someone who is very outgoing, energetic, a hard-worker, compassionate, well-spoken, detail-oriented, and efficient with his/her time. The CA has the qualities to work in rapid-growing, high-volume and fast-paced environments. In addition, our ideal candidate is a person that spends a significant amount of time investing in their personal growth and professional development through setting goals, contributing to our vision, completing trainings, reading books, attending events, and listening to podcasts. This person is also passionate about impacting the community’s health by creating and organizing monthly educational events.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:
 • Continuously provides a remarkable experience for the patients throughout their care.
• Frequently uses our social media channels to post activities (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok and Twitter).
• Organizes the practice during the opening and closing shifts.
• Completes 20+ daily phone calls every morning for our new patients.
• Completes accurate evaluations and re-evaluations for new patients and established patients.
• Schedules patients for their appointments.
• Re-contacts patients missing appointments.
• Helps patients with their therapies.
• Helps doctors to provide a remarkable experience to patients while waiting for their chiropractic adjustments.
• Explains home therapy kits to patients (supplements and traction equipment).
• Completes insurance verifications and write care plans for patients.
• Discusses financial options for patients to continue with care.
• Completes daily checkout reports and cash transactions.
• Organizes and keeps accurate inventory for office supplies, supplements and traction equipment.
• Manages and posts in our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.
• Maintains and updates clinical and financial records in our system.
• Completes documents in Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote
• Basic knowledge in Zoom and Face Time
• Organizes monthly events for our patients and community.
• Audits patients accounts and reports.
• Creates the monthly campaigns in Constant Contact.
• Adheres to 100% Chiropractic laws and company’s procedures, in addition to HIPAA laws.
• Updates the job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, completing trainings in Cardone University/Ventures, LOOOP, Zoom phone calls, and visiting other offices to train with top performers.
• Represents the company with professionalism to business partners, quarterly meetings, attorneys, auditors, and imaging centers.
• Represents the health and wellness company’s image with the personal appearance and professional behavior: business casual attire, natural make-up, and a natural oriented look.

• Strong knowledge in math and closing procedures/reports
• Read and present a monthly book to the team to build our vision
 
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
• High School Diploma
• 1+ year experience in remarkable customer service and/or sales
• Extra education will be provided
 
PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS
• Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer
• Prolonged periods standing and completing evaluations
• This position will require travel-up to 25% (own transportation required)
• Students are NOT encouraged to apply due to the time investment that will be required for continuing education
