This chiropractic assistant will be responsible for presenting and modifying care plans that range from $1,000-$5,000. Previous sales experience is preferred!

*Hourly starting salary: $20/hour plus a competitive bonus/commission plan based on monthly revenue*

Responsibilities

Primary responsibility - Discuss and present customized care plans based on patient's health goals and budget
Primary responsibility - Financial conversations with patients
Primary responsibility - Explain fees to patients and accept payment
Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
Perform laser therapy treatments and teach office components (traction, wobbling, etc)
Answer the phone at the clinic
Greet patients when they enter the clinic
Schedule patient appointments
Take detailed health history about patient
Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
Insurance verification for chiropractic benefits

Requirements

Customer service experience
Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long term progress and results
Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals
