Job Summary
Looking for an AMAZING Chiropractic Assistant to join our office!

Join us at our chiropractic office, where we're eagerly seeking a vibrant, self-motivated individual to fill an exhilarating role. Your active involvement in patient care will make a real difference. We are especially looking for someone with experience in medical insurance, such as authorizations, verifying benefits, assisting the billing company with claims, to help streamline our processes and support our patients effectively. If you have an infectious enthusiasm for personal health and helping others, exude energy, bubble with joy, and love sharing it, you’ll thrive in this role. Being outgoing and approachable is a must, along with a knack for detail and effective multitasking. Responsibilities

Answer the phone at the clinic
Greet patients when they enter
Schedule patient appointments
Explain fees to patients and accept payment
Perform data entry in the clinic’s computer systems
Describe products available for purchase at the clinic and process payment for the same
Keep patient files up to date and enter appropriate charges and process payment
Assist Chiropractors during chiropractic treatments
Verify patient insurance benefits and coverage
Assist billing company with insurance reconciliation, billing, and authorizations
Handle insurance-related inquiries

Requirements

Customer service experience
Experience with medical insurance (e.g., billing, authorizations, verification, claims)
Passionate and positive about helping others achieve long-term progress and results
Work history that demonstrates an ability to multitask
Superior communication skills (verbal & written) with the ability to connect with people while motivating them to achieve their goals

Compensation: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
