It is our goal to impact the way people see health in our city and the entire world. 100% Chiropractic in Aurora, Colorado is looking for a BILINGUAL Patient Experience Lead to join our rockstar team.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Could you imagine your future helping patients get better and achieving their health goals? The Patient Experience Lead is an essential part of our team. As a Patient Experience Lead, you engage the majority of the time with our patients. You are a key team member who inspires and helps our patients become the healthiest version of themselves. You are encouraged to motivate, create emotional connections, and help patients discover what chiropractic care can do for them.

If you are an empathetic individual who make new people feel comfortable over the phone and in-person, this is the position for you. The Patient Experience Lead’s job will primarily be focused on creating a remarkable experience for our patients in every interaction. The variety of interactions that go from gathering patients’ clinical information, completing evaluations, setting big picture goals, to showering practice members with hope, make the day go by fast and help us feel fulfilled at the end of the day. As team members, the patient experience leads help each other to keep accurate records, maintain organized files and accounts, verify insurance benefits, create care plans, schedule appointments, maintain organization/cleanliness throughout the office, and help patients with their therapies.

This person is someone who is a hard-worker, outgoing, values connection, compassionate, well-spoken, bubbly, and efficient with his/her time. The Patient Experience Lead has the qualities to work in rapid-growing, high-volume and fast-paced environments. In addition, our ideal candidate is a person that spends a significant amount of time investing in their personal growth and professional development through setting goals, contributing to our vision, completing trainings, reading books, attending events, and listening to podcasts. This person is also passionate about impacting the community’s health by creating and organizing monthly educational events.

PERFORMANCE OBJECTIVES:

· Creates a remarkable experience for the patients throughout their care.

· Organizes the practice for a great patient experience.

· Connects at a high level with our patients over the phone.

· Completes accurate evaluations and re-evaluations for new patients and established patients.

· Discusses financial options for patients to continue with care (previous sales experience highly recommended).

· Schedules patients for their appointments.

· Re-contacts patients missing appointments.

· Helps patients with their therapies.

· Helps doctors to provide an outstanding experience to patients while waiting for their chiropractic adjustments.

· Explains home therapy kits to patients (supplements and traction equipment).

· Completes insurance verifications and write care plans for patients.

· Completes daily checkout reports and cash transactions.

· Organizes and keeps accurate inventory for office supplies, supplements and traction equipment.

· Manages and posts in our social media channels: Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Twitter, and YouTube.

· Maintains and updates clinical and financial records in our system.

· Completes documents in Words, Excel, PowerPoint, and Keynote

· Basic knowledge in Zoom and Face Time

· Organizes monthly events for our patients and community.

· Audits patients accounts and reports.

· Creates the monthly campaigns in Constant Contact.

· Adheres to 100% Chiropractic laws and company’s procedures, in addition to HIPAA laws.

· Updates the job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, completing trainings in Cardone University/Ventures, 100% U, Zoom phone calls, and visiting other offices to train with top performers.

· Represents the company with professionalism to business partners, quarterly meetings, attorneys, auditors, and imaging centers.

· Represents the health and wellness company’s image with the personal appearance and professional behavior: business casual attire, natural make-up, and a natural oriented look.

CAPABILITIES/KEY COMPETENCIES

· Inspirational and caring with our patients

· Responsible, disciplined and efficient with the designated time for tasks

· Experience in remarkable customer experience and/or sales (+ 1 year)

· Ability to handle challenging conversations over the phone and the front desk

· Ability to work in fast-paced environments that are constantly growing

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE

· High School Diploma

· Needs to be FLUENT in writing and speaking English and Spanish

· 1+ year experience in remarkable customer service and/or sales

· Extra education will be provided

PHYSICAL AND TRAVEL REQUIREMENTS

· Prolonged periods standing and completing evaluations

· This position will require travel-up to 25% (own transportation required)

Compensation: $37,000.00 - $38,500.00 per year
